FPNC Educational Events
We are pleased to offer unique educational events to help our patients and the general public access trustworthy, timely information about their fertility treatment options and our services.
These events also give you a chance to meet key team members, including the doctors, embryologists and patient services advisors who will care for you.
June - August 2009: Event attendees qualify for free cycle medication and
fertility consults - see below for details.
|
- Free Fertility Consult -
We are pleased to offer our event attendees
a free fertility consult with one of our FPNC physicians. The free fertility
consult is a 20-30 minute phone appointment that provides you an opportunity
to discuss your fertility history with a highly trained and experienced fertility
specialist, and receive information and treatment recommendations that are relevant
to your personal situation.
Details for scheduling the appointment are provided at
our educational events, or by calling our New Patient Coordinator at 800-597-2234.
While this appointment does not take the place of a formal, face-to-face consultation with one of our physicians where evaluation of your medical records, personal medical history and recommended treatment options are reviewed and discussed in detail it is a great way to receive personalized information and answers to questions you may have about fertility treatment.
(This program is available to attendees who are not already FPNC patients.)
- Qualify for Free Cycle Medication -
June through August 2009, event attendees also qualify to
receive free cycle medication valued around $250. When you attend one of our
educational events you will receive a certificate for a 300 IU dosage of GonalF® follicle
stimulating hormone (FSH) medication.
(The certificate is not transferrable, nor redeemable for cash or credit
toward treatment, and must be redeemed 180 days from issue. Medication use must
be medically indicated, and patient may not switch to a different medication
during the treatment cycle. This offer is valid for recipients becoming patients
after May 30, 2009.) |
