Mindful Yoga
Mindfulness-Based FPNC Mind-Body Program™

A 6-Week Course for Stress Reduction and Optimal Health

Mindful Yoga encourages a friendly relationship with the body, through paying attention non-judgmentally to what one is feeling physically and emotionally. The course includes a gradual, thorough introduction to asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), meditation and relaxation. Poses are taught in a gentle manner. Participants will learn relaxation and stress management techniques, and upon completing the course, will be able to continue practicing Yoga on their own.

Yoga supports the experience of wholeness, well being and joy, as well as greater flexibility, strength, and balance. In addition, this course will include practices that are designed to support hormonal and reproductive health for those trying to increase the possibility of pregnancy.

Designed for:

People of all ages, experience and fitness levels. Designed for everyone wishing to achieve better health and stress reduction, including those wishing to support reproductive health. Couples are welcome.

Cost: $150 - 12 hours of in-depth tools for stress reduction and rejuvenation, for only $25 a session
